Everything Bagel Instant Pot Potatoes are deliciously creamy, delightfully easy, and dependably salty-good.

We’ve been on a kick lately with these deliciously creamy little potatoes, so today I thought I’d share one easy way to enjoy them. Everything Bagel Instant Pot Potatoes require minimal hands on prep and can be on your table in just 25 minutes; just throw them on into your IP while preparing your main dish.

And as for the little potatoes: Pick up a 1.5 lb bag at ALDI, or invest in a bigger 5 lb bag at Costco — if you want to have them on hand for multiple sides throughout the week!

The little potatoes are just so creamy that they actually get a bit smooshed up when you toss them with seasoning, butter, and cheese. This is a bonus! Think of the finished dish as delightfully rustic.

You really can’t go wrong with everything bagel seasoning, which kicks up the flavor here — and potatoes come out just beautifully in a set-it-and-forget-it electric pressure cooker. Everything Bagel Instant Pot Potatoes

Ingredients

1.5 lbs little potatoes, halved (cut any large ones in thirds or quarters)
2 cups water
3 Tbsp shredded Parmesan
1.5 Tbsp butter
1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

Directions

Cut up your potatoes and place them in your Instant Pot. Add 2 cups of water.

Cook the potatoes on manual high pressure for three minutes, then quick release.

Remove potatoes from the pot with a slotted spoon to a separate bowl. Add Parmesan, butter, and everything but the bagel seasoning, then toss to coat.

Serve hot, garnished with optional chopped green onion if desired.

Note: Total cooking time includes the time it takes for the pot to come to pressure.

This easy potato side dish is naturally gluten free. Note: If you don’t have everything bagel seasoning, substitute sea salt, black pepper, and minced garlic to taste. It won’t be the same, but it will be good. 🙂
