Gluten free goodies giveaway

Now launching his grand comeback tour: The Artist Formerly Known as Dairy Free Junior High Guy -- now just: Junior High Guy!
About four weeks ago we re-tested Junior High Guy for food allergies, and lo and behold: He surprisingly tested negative for both wheat and dairy. We started easing him back into these foods gradually in case this was due to not having any antibodies to react (given that he hadn't had any in so long), but I think at this point it's safe to say he's in the clear. Behold: Junior High Guy eating regular pizza. With cheese. With gusto!
Never fear for what this means here, I'll still be bringing you some allergy friendly recipes and your regularly scheduled Crunchy Friday posts.
Being the couponer that I am, I had quite the little stockpile here of gluten free goodies. I thought that our allergy loss should be your gain -- since I know how expensive eating gluten free can be, I'm giving away the above box of gluten free baking mixes (and one random can of GF noodle soup, lol) to one of you! (Note: A couple of the mixes are "best by" mid-July, but all are unopened.)

And congrats to Jr high guy! I bet he is excited!!
OH the new tastes he will be experiencing ... good for him!!! I am sitting here eating Glutino gluten free cookies Double Chocolate Chip) that came on my s&s delivery today and they are pretty darn tasty...
I'm A fan of enjoy life, but constantly use ener-g egg replacer.
My 5 year old celiac daughter LOVES aldis gf pancakes and she also loves glutinos pop tarts!
gf cookies are delish. Congrats to Junior High Guy.
Red Mill for me.
I love Udi's Gluten Free blueberry muffins.
I am jealous. 7 years here and all we do is add new allergies. The newest is coconut which stinks because coconut oil is now in everything and we have to carry our own soap to public places after having reactions in 2 different stores. My son loves the crunchy Enjoy Life cookies.
Yay, to your son! Just got started with a gluten free diet as I'm nursing and my baby (9 weeks old) is having sensitivity to wheat, dairy, egg, etc. can't believe how hard it's been to adjust and find the right foods to eat with this new diet. My favorite so far has been the gf pancakes from Aldi.
I love the Chex GF oat meal. I add cinnamon to make it extra delicious!!!
I love the Bob's chocolate cake mix. I use it to make cake or cookies!
I love gluten free Chex Cereal. They are the best. Congrates to your son. 🙂
I love Enjoy Life chocolate chip or snickerdoodle cookies!
I love all of the Enjoy Life products!!!
My favorite gluten free product is gluten free barilla pasta.
Anything sweet from Udi's!! So happy for your son!!
Udis by far! My 15 year old son just found out a year ago that he has an allergy, if we wouldn't have found Udis pizza I don't think he would have made the transition.
Only wish my 16 year old gf daughter would have been so blessed when we had her retested:( She likes aldi's gf mac and cheese!
I have really enjoyed the So Delicious brand chocolate ice cream lately.
I think pizza would be what I missed the most if I were dairy and gluten free. Congrats to him! I love anything Enjoy Life!
I have to say i am a tad bit jealous! My daughter is not growing out of any of her allergies so far. Our all time favorite GF product so far are the Canyon Bakehouse bagels. We are patient waiting for Aldi to start stocking the spinach feta gluten free "hot pockets" we taste-tested at the expo this year.
I go to Aldi for most things, but also like the Pure Protein bars I found on Amazon. GF and 21g of protein.
Enjoy Life products are great!
Our favor is Bob's Red mill chocolate cake mix.
YUMMY!
My favorite is Blue Diamond Nut Thin Gluten Free Cheddar.
Our favorite is anything by Kinninnick - graham crackers, vanilla wafers, chocolate cake mix, etc.
Congratulations to Junior High Guy! We all really like the Milton's Gluten Free Crackers in our house.
I love General Mills Chex cereal!
Congrats to Junior High Guy!! Unfortunately we will never be so lucky... We have actual Celiac Disease in the family... 9 year old granddaughter... They look at me cause it's genetic but I've never been tested as I went GF years ago not knowing I should be tested so no going back for me... Then 11 year old granddaughter has joined us...at least we are in it together for life!! So we have to
love all things GF... So excited to have Aldis on board...as Red Mill is fab but so expensive!
I love Scharr GF pizza crusts topped with grilled veggies and mozzarella cheese!
Congratulations to Junior High guy. I just went gluten free because of arthritits and it is SOOO expensive to buy all the GF products. I just spent $9 on a loaf of bread at Jewel the other day becuase I wanted to see if I could finally find some good bread! I'm happy you don't have to deal with that any longer!
I couldn't live without Snyder's gluten free pretzels. Other than being a little crunchier, they really taste quite good to me!!
Nice for Jr. high guy to be re-tested and not have any gluten sensitivity!
Congrats JH Guy! Immaculate Baking has yummy GF cookies!
I always struggle with the price of gluten free items
yay! Red Mill products for sure!!
Wow, that is wonderful news. The last thing junior high/high school boys want to deal with is a food sensitivity/allergy. I'm sure he's thrilled. (No need to enter me in the contest, we aren't GF).
Dairy free cheese favorite is Daiya and I use Arrowhead gluten free flour.
Love the Bob red mill pancake mix yum
I love, love Bob's Red Mill GF oats, cornbread mix, pizza crust mix, chocolate cake and cookies baking products, etc.. My son loves the Enjoy Life cookies, too. Thanks for offering to share your bounty with us!
Awesome news! Can't go wrong with Red Mill
