Cauliflower is cheap at Chicago ALDI stores this week at $.99 a head, so I thought it was time to round up some cauliflower recipes -- since I have a surprising number of them, lol.

I haven't written it up here yet, but we also have been making easy cauliflower packets on the grill by just folding up some florets with a little olive oil, garlic, & seasoning and grilling along with the rest of our meal.
