OK, I almost can't believe it myself, but: January 28, 2019 is Mashup Mom's TENTH blogging anniversary. Yes, all the way back on a cold January day much like this one in 2009... but when we were all just that much younger... I started sharing coupons and deals with some friends online. The rest, as they say: It is history. 😉

Thanks so much to all of you for being here and helping Mashup Mom evolve into the true community it has become today -- both to those of you who have stuck around through all of the changes over the years, and those of you who are newer to the recipes and weekly meal plans here.   3. Oh my goodness ...10 years! I love your Aldi weekly menus and have been shopping more at Aldi since cutting back on the couponing. I’m glad to see the new site. Very exciting.

  4. Love the concept of Almost All Aldi, but it would be cool to see more diverse meal plans there. They have an amazing selection of vegan and gluten free foods there which would be really cool for people to talk more about.

  6. Thanks for this new site. I think my favorite's gonna be the Aldi's finds. My MIL told me about their mussels in the frozen section a few weeks ago and I would never have tried it if someone didn't suggest it. Made a yummy mussel and fettuccine alfredo for dinner one night. Can't wait to hear about more finds and peoples thoughts before I buy! Happy 10th birthday! Thanks.

  8. Was attempting to leave a comment about your All Aldi site, was almost through when for some reason I lost connection with this site. So I will try one more time.
    I am a 63 year old male, probably do not meet the statistics of your usual followers. And while I do not do all of my shopping at Aldi I do very much enjoy going by and checking out the unique and unusual items, food and otherwise(such as your socks)you can find there. I really like going during the holiday season and purchasing loaves of the cherry Stollen to use as gifts and take to get together. It is always enjoyed by all. And as for chips and snacks are concerned the Clancy's brand is one of the freshest and best tasting you can buy. This comes from a man who lives in the South (Alabama) where Golden Flake and Lays are considered to be the ultimate chips and snacks brands. Do not normally follow blogs but have signed up for the newsletter and look forward to receiving recipes and other useful information you and your other followers are interested in sharing.
