Here’s a spooky yet easy recipe to try at your next Halloween party! Halloween Peanut Butter Popcorn Munch features award-winning SimplyNature Organic Creamy Peanut Butter from ALDI — which, by the way, is darn tasty and contains just organic peanuts and sea salt, with no added sugars or oils.

SimplyNature organic creamy peanut butter is one of a number of ALDI products awarded the 2016 Parent Tested Parent Approved Seal of Approval, and after tasting the peanut butter and looking at the ingredients, I think this award is well deserved. 🙂

I recently had the opportunity to put a spooky spin on SimplyNature organic peanut butter with a fun Halloween party recipe, so why not give this easy five ingredient Halloween Peanut Butter Popcorn Munch a try at your own gathering this year? Note: You can also optionally substitute your own healthier mix-in of choice for the Halloween sprinkles I used here.

Halloween Peanut Butter Popcorn Munch

Ingredients

7-8 cups SimplyNature organic lightly salted pre-popped popcorn
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup SimplyNature organic creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup various Halloween sprinkles

Directions

Pour popcorn into a large bowl. Bring honey to a rolling boil in a small pot over medium heat (will boil very quickly!) and let it bubble for about 30 seconds. Turn off heat and quickly stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour the honey peanut butter mixture over popcorn, add sprinkles, and toss to coat. Let cool and serve in individual Halloween-themed muffin tin cups or use to fill goodie bags.

That’s it!

This easy Halloween-themed peanut butter popcorn treat is both gluten free and dairy free, and offers a fun twist on the more traditional popcorn balls.

My favorite is the applesauce cups that they make. My son loves the strawberry applesauce!

We have tried the veggie chips, almond butter and i think they had cashew butter at one time. Also granola is good. I would like to try other items, dont know what. I think Aldi is fun to just walk up and down aisles and I try new things each time.

I shop at Aldi once a week, but have never noticed this brand. The white cheddar cheese puffs would be a favorite among our kids.
