I recently had the opportunity to put a spooky spin on SimplyNature organic peanut butter with a fun Halloween party recipe, so why not give this easy five ingredient Halloween Peanut Butter Popcorn Munch a try at your own gathering this year? Note: You can also optionally substitute your own healthier mix-in of choice for the Halloween sprinkles I used here.

Halloween Peanut Butter Popcorn Munch

Ingredients

7-8 cups SimplyNature organic lightly salted pre-popped popcorn
⅓ cup honey
½ cup SimplyNature organic creamy peanut butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup various Halloween sprinkles

Directions

Pour popcorn into a large bowl. Bring honey to a rolling boil in a small pot over medium heat (will boil very quickly!) and let it bubble for about 30 seconds. Turn off heat and quickly stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour the honey peanut butter mixture over popcorn, add sprinkles, and toss to coat. Let cool and serve in individual Halloween-themed muffin tin cups or use to fill goodie bags.

  1. I love the simply nature salsa and ketchup. They are a staple in my house.

    I also want to share a funny story at my local Aldi today. The kids and I were getting groceries, when an older lady chuckled at my little helpers. My five year old yells out: my mom works at Meijer!!

The low sodium organic chicken broth is the lowest sodium I can find of any brand and is cheaper than the generic conventional same size cartons at other stores or even sale prices so this is my favorite and the tortilla chips and salsa are awesome too i totally love this simply organic line and haven't tried the peanut butter yet but sounds like I will have to with the great reviews!

  75. Hi! I like a lot of the Simply Nature products. For instance I always get the pre-popped lite popcorn. It's perfect for dieters. It's low in calories, fat and salt! And it's much less expensive than SmartPop. I also always buy the Simply Nature coconut milk. It's the same quality as any other and it costs way less.

  100. I am such a fan of ALDI. I am sure I have purchased several Simply Nature products, like the pastas, but I am too lazy to get off the couch and go search the kitchen cabinets. My two college kids are very excited that an ALDI has opened near their campus, and have told me they are going there two! My daughter is gluten free, so I know Simply Nature products are in her cart when loading up on groceries.

I love that Aldi is expanding it's products to include so many with simpler ingredients. Also, have you ever noticed that you cannot leave Aldi in a bad mood?   119. Creamy Sunflower Butter is my favorite Simply Nature product. I typically buy at Trader Joe's but saw at Aldi and was about $2 cheaper so thought I would try. I went back and bought a bunch more (by then it was on clearance) It tastes great and like you are saying with the peanut butter just made with salt and sunflower oil. The only thing (which doesn't bother me at all... is the color is a little "greener" than say the TJ version. I am so happy to see more simple (Simply Nature) products!
