Congratulations! I appreciate the money I've saved over the years and the delicious new meals I've made from reading your posts. When recipes contain spicy seasonings or mushrooms, it would be helpful to know what I can use as substitutes to still make a tasty meal. Unfortunately, I can't do spicy foods.
