I like any info on the fun European items.
A diabetic plan would be awesome. Or even a meal plan with lower carb meals. A diabetic plan can have carbs, but each 15 grams of carbs is a serving. So a dinner meal would have 3-4 "servings" or 45-60 grams of carbs.

I'd love to see more large dishes. We're a family of 4 but, aim to make sure there's lunch for the next day.
I would love to see more diabetic recipes/meal plans. Lots of people post Keto or vegan but what happened to the diabetic families. Sharing recipes is caring.
