Welcome back to Caturday with the Notorious BKL and Friends: Wash Your Paws edition. I guess we all knew that it would come to this eventually… Cats are notoriously fastidious, continuously self-bathing creatures. So it really came as no surprise when Jeremy popped into the bathroom for the sole purpose of staring accusingly at the hand soap, then at me.
He followed this up with an extended period of glaring at the hand sanitizer, and then at me. I swear, Jeremy: We are all washing our hands obsessively over here!

In other cat-related announcements: The Notorious Bad Kitty Lucy would like to inform you that, should you spot one of these large chindi rugs for $9.99 at ALDI when making your next necessary supply run for groceries, they’re two paws up — kitty approved.
I spotted my new rug at the end of an aisle earlier this week (when I also picked up these crazy-large strawberries), and it looks great in the laundry room! BKL did, of course, test out every inch of this rug the instant I unrolled it and put it down.
BKL would also like to express her sleepy approval for lots of lap time during Xbox tournaments lately. On a cozy tiger blanket, no less — because we have to keep the theme going.
Isn’t this just the picture of contentment personified! (Per-cat-ified?)

I had to laugh when I saw Jeremy in the sink. I just walked past my bathroom and my cat Buddy was sleeping in the sink!
