Let’s start out this week with… stuff for your backyard barbecue! Memorial Day is fast approaching, and grilling season is now upon us. These L’Oven Fresh Hawaiian hamburger buns will run you $2.99 for an 8 pack, and you can also look for Specially Selected plant based brioche buns at $2.79.
ALDI Summer BBQ Food Finds
To go on those buns, choose from multiple options of frozen hamburger patties. 32 oz Cattlemen’s Ranch seasoned or jalapeño Black Angus patties, for instance, are $8.49.
Cattlemen’s Ranch 32 oz prime rib or pub style beef patties are also available at $8.49, while a six lb party pack of 1/4 lb beef patties is $14.99.
If you’re not feeling hamburger-ish, Dietz & Watson blends chicken sausage might do the trick: $3.99 per 10 oz pack. Also check out grilling meats & seafood: Fresh beef kabob cubes, $6.99/lb, or fresh Maui pineapple Atlantic salmon on a cedar plank, $10.99/lb.
Salty snacks on the side are always a hit, such as Clancy’s roasted sweet corn popcorn at $2.49 a bag. You can also pick up a 44 oz bag of Southern Grove Americana trail mix, $7.99.
What’s for dessert, BBQ-style? Cool off with Sundae Shoppe piña colada or Caribbean frozen fruit bars ($2.69), or Sundae Shoppe 28.5 oz summer gelato ($4.29).

I bought my ALDI cold brew coffee system way back in 2019, and it’s still going strong. (Their newer ones this year are slightly sleeker and more rounded, but the same basic idea.)
This cold brew coffee maker has dropped back down to $9.99 this year, which is great!
