What’s for dinner at your house tonight? I did drag myself over to Jewel for $.99 pub burgers and $.99 cheese today, but actually just started this chicken soup simmering on the stove because I have one of those lovely end-of-summer colds and am looking for comfort food today. 🙂

Instant pot beef short ribs. I actually had DH cook them yesterday but the kids had activities so we will heat them up and eat today with mashed potatoes instead.

I also went to Jewel for pub burgers and cheese too! Ran to Caputos and got fixings for 3 ingredient chicken tonight. I found a can of habanero diced tomatoes at Aldi a few weeks ago and put them in the chicken. Perfect kick! I bought those giant tortillas for "Chipotle" style burritos. Hope your soup helps your cold!
