Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Snickers Bars

These ridiculously easy four ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Snickers Bars are a great way to use up leftover Halloween candy — but, they’re tasty enough that you might want to make them year-round!

This year in Chicago, it snowed on Halloween — so with fewer trick-or-treaters than usual, I ended up with a few more leftover fun-sized Snickers bars than usual. What a problem to have, right? This provided the perfect excuse to make my yearly batch of Peanut Butter Cookie Snickers Bars.

If this peanut-butter-cookies-meet-Snickers recipe seems vaguely familiar, it’s simply an update of an older leftover Halloween candy recipe from several years ago. And, if you don’t have leftover Halloween candy lying around this year, you might want to start stalking the clearance sales specifically for Snickers…

… because these are ridiculously good, and you probably already have all of the other ingredients on hand.

Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Snickers Bars

Ingredients

One large egg
One cup granulated sugar
One cup creamy peanut butter
12-13 fun size Snickers bars

Directions

Spray an 11×7 glass baking dish with cooking spray and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together the egg, sugar, and peanut butter in a large bowl. (Just use a large spoon for this; no need to drag out the stand mixer.) Press the peanut butter dough evenly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish.

Unwrap Snickers and cut each in half lengthwise. Press each Snickers half cut-side-down in even rows across the top of your dough, leaving spaces in between.

Bake at 350 degrees for 32-35 minutes, or until your cookies are browned on the bottom and nicely set.

Allow to cool slightly before cutting, then use the spaces in between the Snickers topping as a grid to guide you when you cut your cookie bars.

Note: You can also make these with almond Snickers, Milky Way bars, or another candy that suits your fancy!

These are the perfect leftover Halloween candy cookies

I’d suggest not reading the ingredients on the Snickers or trying to do a calorie count here. This is not a dessert of health, but an indulgent treat! Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Snickers Bars would also be super easy to whip up for a bake sale, cookie exchange, or holiday gathering, so you may wish to squirrel away some of those leftover Fun Size Snickers from Halloween, just in case. 🙂

These cookies are always a hit with the boys in this house — and High School Guy is so happy to be able to eat Snickers again, now that his braces are off!

Made these and even watched them bake and they are really stuck to our glass pan. We even used lots of olive oil beforehand in the pan. So, we are gonna make em' again sometime but will have pieces and ice cream. Was so excited about them but I think 32 minutes must be WAY too long. We switched racks halfway through and rotated and even took them out early...epic FAIL!
