Olive Garden Italian dressing, crushed up crackers, and Parmesan cheese work beautiful magic together in this simple (yet flavorful) seven ingredient recipe: Cracker-y, Crumble-y, Parmesan-y Pork Chops!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray the bottom of a small baking dish with cooking spray.
Brush the top and sides of each of the pork chops generously with dressing, then flip them over and brush the other side. Make sure that each chop is nicely coated.
Add the crackers, Parmesan, and seasonings to a food chopper or small food processor. Pulse just until crushed and combined.
Spread the cracker crumb mixture out on a dinner plate. Dredge each chop with the crushed crackers, pressing the cracker crumb mixture into the chops with your hands to coat. Place the chops in the prepared baking dish.
Bake your cracker-y, crumbly pork chops at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
Broil on high for 2 minutes to brown the topping, and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute ALDI’s Tuscan Garden restaurant style Italian dressing, or equivalent, if you don’t have Olive Garden dressing on hand.
