Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together all of the pizza sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Shred the cheese, if not using pre-shredded.
Arrange naan bubbly side up on two rimmed baking sheets. Spoon pizza sauce onto the center of each, spreading it around to cover the naan with the back of the spoon.
Brush the exposed edges of each piece of naan with olive oil (optional).
Top each naan pizza with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni. Add any other pizza toppings you desire (sliced mushrooms, black olives, onion, peppers, etc.).
Cook your naan pizzas at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until nicely browned, switching the baking sheets between oven racks halfway through.
Notes
I like to brush the exposed edges with olive oil to help the naan brown better, but this is optional. If you’d like the crust more done overall, parbake the naan for three minutes before adding the pizza sauce and toppings.
