1cupPanko breadcrumbs
2eggs
1tablespoonminced garlic
1teaspooncoarse salt
1/2teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease your baking vessels. (I used two jumbo 6ct muffin tins, but you could use loaf pans if you'd prefer.)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Equally divide into muffin tins or pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (This may take longer in a loaf pan, so be sure the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees with a meat thermometer for food safety!
