Four Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Snickers Bars
These ridiculously easy four ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie Snickers Bars are a great way to use leftover Halloween candy — but, they’re tasty enough that you might want to make them year-round!
Spray an 11x7 glass baking dish with cooking spray and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together the egg, sugar, and peanut butter in a large bowl. (Just use a large spoon for this; no need to drag out the stand mixer.) Press the peanut butter dough evenly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
Unwrap Snickers and cut each in half lengthwise. Press each Snickers half cut-side-down in even rows across the top of your dough, leaving spaces in between.
Bake at 350 degrees for 32-35 minutes, or until your cookies are browned on the bottom and nicely set.
Allow to cool slightly before cutting, then use the spaces in between the Snickers topping as a grid to guide you when you cut your cookie bars.
Notes
You can also make these with almond Snickers, Milky Way bars, or another candy that suits your fancy!
