Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Shred the cheese. Arrange little piles of shredded cheese in heart shapes on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough room between them that they won't spread into each other as they cook.
Bake at 400 degrees for five minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven. If any of the crisps have spread out of shape too much, use a butter knife to gently nudge them back into a better heart shape while they're still hot and pliable.
Let cheese crisps cool, then gently peel them off of the parchment paper.
Store any uneaten crisps tightly covered in the refrigerator.
Notes
Arrange your heart shaped cheese crisps a little further apart than I did here -- a couple of mine spread together and I had to gently slice them apart and push them back into shape at the end.
