Trim chicken and slice bacon pieces in half.
Top each chicken tender with half a piece of bacon, then roll each up into a pinwheel shape and place these evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.
This recipe makes about 12 pinwheels. If any of your tenders is disproportionately large, cut it in half lengthwise before topping with bacon. Note also that the bacon will not get crispy when cooked this way, but that it should be cooked through.
