So this is a cute idea, isn’t it? Check out my ALDI roses + Hershey’s Kisses Valentine’s centerpiece.
Here’s all it took: Two 3-stem rose bouquets from ALDI, $2.99 each. (They also had a dozen roses for $9.99, but thinking about the size of my vases that could possibly fit inside other vases, I went with six.) A bag of Valentine’s Hershey’s Kisses (at ALDI, $2.79). And two vases that I already had. Their instructions also called for floral foam to stand the flowers in, but I didn’t have any of that handy — I think it’s pretty nonetheless.
Instructions
Cut floral foam (if using) to fit your smaller vase, and fill your smaller vase with water, leaving enough room to add flowers. Add Hershey’s Kisses to bottom of larger vase. Stand smaller vase inside larger vase on top of Kisses, leaving room between vases to add candy. Arrange chocolate inside larger vase around smaller vase to hide it, filling larger vase to the top. Cut roses to fit smaller vase, and arrange. (If using floral foam, line outer edge of smaller vase with roses, then fill in the middle.
Pretty, isn’t it? And about $10 — plus you can eat the Hershey’s when you’re done. Or now — I don’t judge.
The fine print
ALDI provided a $10 gift certificate to purchase the flowers and Hershey’s Kisses for this project. All opinions in this post, however, are my own.

That is such a neat idea! It is so pretty and lovely! Thanks for sharing!
This is a very cute idea! I love how it turned out. I did something similar last spring with a centerpiece of flowers in the inner vase and cut limes in the outer vase. It smelled fantastic.
I found mine there and for the vases, flowers, and limes it was around $15-20.
Just a tip if anyone wants to do this but doesn’t have two vases that fit inside each other, Goodwill.
And if you bought Christmas kisses on clearance in January, just pull out the green ones and save them for next month. (Or eat the evidence of your frugality, whatever.)
