Here are the best Ultra Foods coupon matchups and deals I see for the week of 1/31/13. I’m using the Lombard version of their ad (valid for Lombard, Downers Grove, Wheaton), so note that some pricing can vary at other Ultra stores, particularly on the extreme value meat deals and sometimes on the cereal deals. Check your own store’s ad to verify.

Things to know at Ultra

Just a few:

  • At some Ultras, Catalinas will NOT print at the self-checkouts, so use the registers.
  • Ultra accepts expired manufacturer coupons back 30 days; they do not accept expired store coupons.
  • Ultra limits to 12 like coupons per trip.
  • View the Ultra coupon policy here (click on your local store from this link and it will come up). They now accept manufacturer Catalinas from other stores; however, they will not accept Register Rewards from Walgreens.
  • Some Ultras will give you a $.05 credit off your total for each reusable bag you bring in and use, so be sure to mention them to your cashier.

Planters peanut butter for .50 sounds good, so does the Welch’s grape jam for .49! I have a few Welch’s $1.00/2 MQ’s from Centrella store ads a few weeks back, they don’t expire until 2/28/13. Didn’t Ultra have this coupon in their ad a few week ago, too?

  2. Sara says:

I’m excited for the $1.00 meatballs. I plan on making meatball sandwiches for our super bowl party!

  3. Jenn says:

thank you for putting this list together !!! I really appreciate it :)

  4. jane says:

Printed the Silk coupon and only got $.75/1, and the end date is today, 1/31/13! At least it’s on sale at Ultra. :)

  5. Linda says:

Quick question…the $1/2 Welches coupon expired 12/31/12… With today being the 31st, will ultra still take it? Or is it considered more than 30 days expired?

    • rachel says:

Oh shoot — sorry, they will not. When I was doing the matchups it wasn’t 30 days expired yet so showed up in my search, and I didn’t realize the end date.

  6. Linda says:

Has anyone been to the Wheaton ultra lately? Was just curious about the peanut butter supply..
