So since I am old and have nothing better to do on a Saturday night
— I thought I’d go over to Target and buy some free Bounce. What do you not see in this photo? Yes, they were out already, and when I finally tracked down someone to ask, they didn’t have any in the back. They were also out of half & half. No longer carry (?) Seattle’s Best coffee. Didn’t have Campbell’s Go Soup (maybe Super Target?). Changed the wording on the picture frames coupon I printed tonight to say valid on frames $2.00 and up. There’s probably more, but basically I left with almost nothing I went in for. What I did get:
Two Ortega seasoning packets, $1.20. Used $1.00/2 printable.
Two cans Ortega black beans, $1.78. Used $1.00/2 printable.
Two cans Wolf chili, $2.54. Used two $.40/1 from the 1/20 SS and $1.00/2 Target printable.
Paid $1.80.
Of note
Tom’s of Maine children’s toothpaste is on temporary price cut for $2.74 through 3/9. Print a $1.00/1 Target coupon here.
Market Pantry pasta sauce was on price cut (Lombard store) for $1.00 through 3/9. The $1.50/2 Target printable is still available, getting you two for $.50 after coupon, or $.25 each.
Several Ortega items were on price cut til 3/9: Seasoning packets, $.60. Black beans, $.89. Diced green chiles, $1.25. Diced jalapenos, $.89. So good deals after the $1.00/2 printable.

if you ever order from children’s daily deal sites they have been putting in tom’s children’s toothpaste samples and $1/1 mq’s- so stack w/ $1/1 tq for $.74 kids toothpaste
I am also old with no social life, and I went to Target, too! But my husband went with me, so maybe we can call it a date? We wanted to get a Roku XS, and we needed baby locks, and I had $10 in Target gift cards burning a hole in my pocket, so we made a Target run.
The Hodgkins Target still had TONS of Bounce 34 count. Got 6 and used 2 each of the Target and Manufacturer coupons and got $0.18 overage
2 Revlon nail polish $3.99 and $4.54 – used 2 $2 TQ 03-03 S and 2 $1 MQ that I picked up at Wags a few weeks ago
2 of the Lean Cuisine salad additions $2.54 each – $1/2 T printable and 2 $1 MQ 01-06 S3
3 Act for Kids mouthwash – used the B2G1 T printable and two $1 MQ 02-03 RP
Schick Hydro shave gel $2.99 – used $1 TQ 03-03 and $0.75 MQ from a post card mailer
1 Schick Hydro & 4 ct refill – Used a FREE MQ on the razor (post card mailer) and a $2 MQ on the refill, plus a $5 off both TQ from 03-03 S – AND GOT A $5 Target Giftcard!
After my Redcard discount and coupons, our total was $110.24, so basically we wound up buying the Roku and one baby lock, and getting the rest for “free”.
Don’t feel bad ladies, I went tonight too for my free Bounce! I told my duaghter we had to hit that aisle first just in case it was all getting bought up. Success! Then for added excitement, we stopped for Shamrock Shakes on the way home, so that free bounce cost me in cash and calories. Worth it!!
Thank you for posting, Rachel. You saved me a trip. I was headed out this morning to Lombard for soup and bounce. I would have been annoyed.
We could not find the soup at all. I thought they might be nice for my husband to store at work for when he forgets his lunch.
The Lombard Target does still carry Seattles Best coffee – but it’s further down the aisle, on the top shelf. At least it was there 3 days ago
.
Really?? grr. I walked up and down the coffee aisle like four times, lol.
I too got the bounce. Thanks Rachel:)
