Stopped by ALDI today to restock on some produce — nice sales going on right now.

3 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, $1.99.
Cauliflower, $1.49.
3 lb Cuties clementines, $2.49.
Baby carrots, $.89.
Blackberries, $.99.
Strawberries, $1.29.
Tortilla chips, $1.19.

Paid $10.51. No clearance to speak of today, alas! :)

The 4 lbs. of oranges for $1.50 would make the bag heavier.

That reminds me. I was at out at Pete’s in Oakbrook Terrace and they have some gigantic Dole pineapples. I think they are about a foot long and absolutely massive.

Antioch just got a new Aldi’s and they gave out coupons for $5 off $30 purchase. It was surprisingly difficult to reach $30 since everything is so cheap!

    02-24 S for the $0.50/1 cuties … does aldi’s take coupons?

  6. Cindy says:

Plainfield Aldi doesn’t carry the cuties brand. They have another brand :(

I see you always buy their tortilla chips. Are they good then? Thanks.
