So they have now changed the wording on this coupon — if you print it today, it says not valid on frames under $2.00.
Head over to the Target coupons site and print out a $2.00 off a picture frame coupon (under home and decor). Now head over to Target and use it on a three-pack of 4×6 frames, priced around $1.99, and get them for free. Note that unadvertised prices can vary by store and by region!

I never found the 3-pack of 4×6 frames for $1.99 at our Champaign Target. They did have a 4-pack of colored 4×6 frames on sale for $4.00, regular $5.99.
They had single packs of 4×6 for $1.99 and 3×5 for $1.74?ish at the Lombard store, but oh well.
I think it’s funny how Target messes up on the coupons and then rewords them later.
I found single 4×6 frames marked 1.99 (but rang up a bit less) that say on them 4 pack photo frames. I found that odd, but free with Q so I can’t complain!
