Target — Brownberry heads up and possible Revlon tools money maker

Two Target Tips:

  1. Went this morning, bought Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh lunch meat and Brownberry bread, and the bread didn’t come off as free. Went to customer service and after much consternation she finally called over a manager, who said, oh yeah, it wasn’t printing for “the other ladies” too, and gave me the refund. So be forewarned — hopefully they’ll fix it!
  2. The 8/21 SS contains a $5.00/2 Revlon beauty tools Target coupon. The 7/31 SS contains a $1.00/1 Revlon beauty tools manufacturer coupon. Now, if you buy the cheapie nail clippers ($1.24) etc., the Target coupon adjusts down to the price of the items, making them free. If you hand the manufacturer coupon over first, both scan beeplessly and you’ll get $1.00 overage on each item.
  3. It’s also spitting out a $5.00/2 Revlon beauty tools manufacturer coupon with every purchase, so you can go back and get more free-with-overage beauty tools.

Just a head up…I did not have a “beepless” experience with the Revlon Q. I had to go to customer service bc the cashier insisted that “one per purchase” meant one per customer….grrrrrr!

This never works for me. I have been denied this coupon before because its not over the allowed amount. The cashier supervisor told me that I could not get the overage nor could I use it if the amount of the item did not equal or surpass the amount stated on the coupon. I went to the target on Addison and Sacramento in Chicago.

I went to three different (Orland, Hodgkins and Willowbrook) Target stores today and none printed the $5 off 2. I purchased 10 Revlon tools in each store.
