fesalad

Dominick’s is Deal Matching Jewel’s Fresh Express salads $.99 price through Sunday. If spinach is included, there is a $.75/1 coupon in this month’s Tony Tantillo Fresh Ideas newsletter — which you can look for in store, or print the coupons here.

If anyone tries this today, please let us know — the size range is right, but I don’t know if they will consider spinach “salad,” or just include the lettuce ones. Of course there is no list. :)

I also have 10% off bagged salad!

In Palatine the spinach or spinach blends were price matched but only the 6 oz size not 9 oz that the tear out coupon is for.

What size bags of spinach are required on the Tony Tantillo coupon?

actually worked for me today!! I felt like the stars were aligned or something!!! haha. Got the $1 Rold Gold, 2 yogurts, 2 bags of spinach (used two printed .75/1 that didn’t scan but I had a young little chap that kindly just added it. Unlike those cranky old cashiers that like to verbally complain about coupons to your face), oh! and asparagus too. Paid less than $3. Of course everything goes smooth when you DON’T have kids with you and have the time to spend over at the good ol customer service desk if need be.—on a side note, my brother in law has had some pretty gross stories about expired things, which doesn’t really surprise any of us, but I’m talking meat and I’m talking MONTHS past expiration. This last visit for him was with expired ice cream! Really!? The first carton he bought expired in jan 2013, so when he went back to exchange it, the next one he grabbed expired april of 2012. Come on.

The 9 oz spinach did not come up as 0.99 for me. Many of the Gavalia coffee bags have expiration dates of Sept. and October 2012. I always have to look carefully at the expiration dates. My $5.00 off total came off for the first time so it is not that bad.
