P&G Cookware rebate — form online!

If you’re doing the P&G Catalina at Jewel, check this out. Suzanne (thanks!) had mentioned finding a rebate form for a free two-piece cookware set and cookbook when you buy $25 in P&G products — Jill Cataldo has a scan of the offer here.

While the rebate forms are only out at “Spanish” Jewels, the rebate form is also printable online! Several of Jill Cataldo’s readers called and were told the printout would be accepted.

The cookware is a 12-quart tamale steamer, a 5-cup rice cooker, and one of the following cookbooks: “Fresh Mexico,” “Latin Grilling,” or “Cocina Cubana.” $25 worth of goods must be purchased in the same transaction, and you must submit a receipt from the same store you found the forms in (must be from Jewel – cannot use a Dominick’s receipt, etc.)

(Thanks, Jill Cataldo)

Speaking of rebates, if you ordered the Pyrex 20-pc set from Kohhls during the HOT Thanksgiving and Black Friday deals I just realized this rebate must be post-marked by 12/10/2011. I usually wait till mid-month and do all my paperwork and happened to be looking through my pile and noticed the date. Headed to Post Office now.

Darn it, I just checked all of my receipts, and the only one I have purchased $25 worth of P&G is from CVS, not Jewel
