It was not a huge couponing trip today, but that’s OK. :) First, at CVS:

2 children’s Advil, $9.98. Used BOGO printable (no longer available) — it scanned at $7.20. I had a $2.00/1 peelie that then beeped — cashier said he’d just leave the $7.20 instead of adjusting it down to $4.99 and we’d call it even. OK, why not!
3 Gevalia coffee, $17.97. Used three $1.50/1 from the 1/13 SS.

Paid with $1.00 ECB and $15.74 on a gift card. Got back $10 ECB — $5.00 for Gevalia, $4.00 for Advil, and $1.00 for the fourth use of my reusable bag tag. Net cost: $6.74. Since I didn’t really need the Advil, we’ll just call that $2.25 per bag of coffee + free medicine!

Down the road at ALDI:

2 heads of cauliflower, $2.98. Since they sell produce per the unit at ALDI, your best bet is to dig through for the biggest heads of cauliflower you can find to get the best per-lb price.
3lb Cuties clementines, $2.99.
Mushrooms, $.89.
Strawberries, $1.49.
Eggs, $1.49.
Gluten free chicken nuggets, $4.99.
Spinach, $1.79.
2 clearance Betty Crocker cookie icing, $1.38.
Clancy’s tortilla chips, $1.19.

Paid $19.53.

Then across the street to Pete’s Market — which I do NOT recommend visiting on a Sunday, since it was a complete zoo…

Athenos herb feta crumbles, $2.00.
Mango, $.68.
Bananas, $1.11.
Sourdough bread, $3.29.
Chicken drumsticks, $2.58.

Paid $9.83. So for the day, my out of pocket cost was $45.10. My net cost was $36.10.

I have checked my Aldi and cannot find the gluten free chicken nuggets. Are they with they other chicken nuggets or in a special case?

They are not by the regular chicken nuggets at my store but in the freezer coffin with the SimplyNature frozen meals and some of the appetizers etc.
