The other day I picked up a few Yoplait Light yogurt for my mom, who’s visiting this week and only eats light yogurt. While putting them away I noticed a big “NOW no aspartame” note on the front of the container, so thought I’d look and see what they’re using instead. Yup, Yoplait Light just switched to Splenda. Is it actually better that Yoplait Light contains Splenda instead of aspartame now? Discuss. 😉

Just tasted Yoplait light with splenda. I usually buy activia but it was not available. Yoplait light with splenda is disgusting. I bought 5 containers, ate 1 and will through the other 4 in the trash.

I discovered Siggi's yogurt. Not only is it made with milk and all natural, it's delicious.

Nope, hate all artificial sweeteners....wish companies would just cut back on the sugar instead of adding sweeteners to make up for it.

Um, no better. Artificial sweetener still, linked to weight gain and other problems. It's an avoid for me.
