cvs224-2

So I mentioned earlier but was typing from my phone, so let’s clarify, lol. I read earlier today on Living Rich With Coupons that the Schick Hydro Sensitive shave gelĀ (UPC 841058016007) is producing $4.00 in ECB rather than the advertised $2.00. They may turn this off at any point, so I went to check it out today, and sure enough — I bought two and got back $8.00. At my store these were priced $4.29, making them a small money maker after the $.75/1 coupon in the 2/24 SS.

I already shopped at CVS this morning — but my usual store was out of Advil Congestion, so stopped by another CVS on the way to the library this afternoon. Picked up:

2 Schick Hydro sensitive shave gel, $8.58. Used two $.75/1 from the 2/24 SS.
3 Advil Congestion Relief, $15.00. Used three $3.00/1 from the 2/10 RP.

Paid with $13.00 in ECB and $1.05. Got back $11.00 in ECB — $3.00 for Advil Congestion and $8.00 for Schick Hydro. Net cost $3.05. But, I’ll also send in for the $6.00 Pfizer mail-in rebate in the 1/27 RP, so will be up a couple of bucks in the end, even after the stamp.

I just bought the last Schick Hydro Sensitive at the CVS in Antioch and it even had a $1.50 peelie! Used a $3.49 ECB from ThermaCare and bought 2 Snickers eggs to hide for Easter. Paid $0.56 and got the $4 ECB.
    Thanks for the tip!

Worked as of 1:30 in Lindenhirst where they’re $4.39 each. Only two left.

only 1 on shelf at my CVS & it didn’t even trigger $2 ECB – they had 2 ring ECB up manually – this was at 5:30PM

Still working as of 8:20 this morning. No peelies, but I’ll take it for .19 each!

Also, sorry if it’s been mentioned already, the Crest Complete w/Scope 2.7 oz. singles work for the Crest deal! Buy 1 (or 2) at $2.77ish, get $3 ECBs!

I wanted to mention that if your store still has the displays of the FULL size Brookside Dark Chocolate Goji (or Pomegranate or Acai) the price on the display may say 2/$7 but they actually ring up $2.25 each, and there is a coupon in the 2/24 SS for $1/1, making them only $1.25 each, which is a good deal for these.
Did this both at the Joliet CVS on Drauden and the Shorewood store. Displays are by the cash registers.
These are the same ones that that they had a trial size free of last week—really yummy.
