You can see from the original post that the 7 off 80 is just for her, not everyone. It isn’t on mine, and I have gotten these at other times when no one else reported them.
These cumulative things are NOT in every account (I have TONS of accounts and only have 2 offers) and are different for everyone. Mine are $4/$40 and $10/$140.
