Does the price have to add up to $25 after the $2 instant savings? So if the item is $6.99 you could buy 4 hair colors at $6.99 which is just under $28, but would be less after the $2 savings, so I was trying to see if there was even a cheaper way, but it won’t work if the dollar amount has to be $25 after the instant savings.
