On Wednesday, I was able to get 10 packages of Halls for free, since they are on sale for $1.00 each. Use 1.00/2 = Free Halls galore!

They have a pretty good deal on Quaker Oats. The big canister (42 oz) is on sale for $2.49. With a $1/2 q it’s as low as $1.49 on Wednesday. Also, remember that Mariano’s is a Saving Star participating store, so these qualify toward the buy $15, get $5 deal on Quaker products if you’ve registered your Mariano’s card. (Jewel has the smaller container on “sale” this week for $2.49, so Mariano’s is definitely the way to go for the old fashioned oats, if you’re interested.)

A few more Mariano’s deals -
Musselman’s Applesauce cups are $1.49 use $.75/2 in 1/8s = $.74 cents each when you buy 2 on double days. (There is a free bowling “coupon” next to the .75 q in the 1/8. SO – free bowling and cheap applesauce!)
Emerald Peanuts are $1.99 use $.75/1 (not sure which insert) = $.49 peanuts when used on double days!!! (These are HUGE canisters! I got the lightly salted w/ sea salt – my kids love them.)
PS – The Land O Lakes butter was on sale for $1.49 too. Use the $1/1 LOL butter coupon (not sure which insert) for better than free butter!!!
