So… um… was anyone else able to print as many as they wanted? It was like tehre was a gremlin in my printer. It kept spitting out coupons and I only hit “print” three times.

So jealous! For some reason, I can’t print any Red Plum coupons, and apparently the Kellogg’s Rewards print through Red Plum. I always get an error message saying that I am running a program that interferes with their security. Any suggestions from anyone on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Did you receive “Security Warning” message?

Printing is not allowed using virtual environments or when screen-capturing software (such as Snag-It) is being used, even in a standby mode. Please completely exit any screen-capturing software you may have installed on your machine, including programs in Standby mode, and make sure you’re not running a virtual environment. You should also make sure your default printer is set to a paper-and-ink physical printer and not a program like Adobe PDF or Windows XPS.

They have other trouble shooting tips here if they might help http://www.redplum.com/info/faq.aspx

Thanks for your quick reply! I don’t have any screen-capturing software (at least none that I know of!). I use a Kodak 4-in-1 wireless printer that prints, copies, scans, and faxes. Target’s coupons used to give me trouble too, I would get a message saying to set my printer to print only, but I never found a way to do that. Then one day I was magically able to print them! Wish I had the same luck with Red Plum, but so far, no such luck!

I have the same trouble Julie! I also have the Kodak C310 printer. I installed McAfee and haven’t been able to print for months now and can’t figure it out. Do you have McAfee security also?

If you are using Firefox, you may want to check your settings. My settings go nuts occasionally, for no reason, especially with my coupon printing. IT did the same thing you are experiencing. I ended up not being able to print my coupons because of the problem. Go to your add on settings in Firefox if you are using Firefox. ;-(

CR7ZMTP4WFWY7BTN, P5VW47ZC6WB6RL7F SORRY I DONT REMEMBER THE POINT VALUE.

Also I can’t get any of the coupons to print for me, any advice anyone?

  4. michelle says

I’m able to print the coupons but it literally takes almost 20 minutes from start to finish. I have to wait for a good 5 minutes before the box that asks to run Java pops up. Maybe this might help for anyone who is not getting an error message. You might just have to wait like I do.

  5. Beth says

Just FYI – I just went to “buy” a few more of the eggo coupons, since I had points left, and the purchase value just went from 100 points to 1000 points for each coupon!

I actually tried to order one last night for the 100 points. Even though it still said they were on sale, it told me I didn’t have enough points to order the coupon – but I have well over 600 points. I actually called to this morning to ask about it and explain what happened. I was told since they are no longer on sale, I can’t get them at the sale price anymore but they will send me some other product coupons in the mail – just not the coupon I wanted. Oh well. I guess it’s better than none. :)
