Here’s a great deal on Hungry Hungry Hippos at Target, today only! Grab one for your birthday closet at this price.

  1. Head to Target Cartwheel and load 50% off Hungry Hungry Hippos, today 3/20 only.
  2. The game should run about $12.99 (online pricing, may vary in stores), making it $6.50 after Cartwheel.
  3. Use the $5.00 manufacturer printable coupon here to get it for just $1.50 after both! Update — it was $19.99 at my store and many of yours, so $5.00 after both, at that price.

Since cartwheel is supposed to be taken after all other coupons it would be $12.99 minus $5 coupon which comes to $7.99 and then the 50% cartwheel would make it $3.99.

I will probably still buy it though since my kids want this.

I just bought this this morning….it was $19.99 at my store….I gave her the $5/1 coupon first then had her scan the cartwheel and it took off an additional $10. So even tho they require you give them all paper, mobile q’s first, the cartwheel still comes off the original shelf price, not price after q’s :) My pop was around $5. Yipee!

Yes, Cartwheel is calculated before manufacturer coupons but after store coupons. That’s why they scan all coupons before Cartwheel.

In theory you could ask them to Price Match the online price, but if they did that they wouldn’t take Cartwheel (or any another store coupon) just the manufacturer coupon. (Because you use Store/Cartwheel coupons BEFORE any PM and you get whichever is cheaper.)

Manufacturer coupons do not affect Cartwheel, just Target store coupons. So it comes off after store discount, but before manufacturer coupons, because those are a form of payment and Target store coupons actually discount the price. I’ll do a Cartwheel post later on this afternoon, actually, I’ve been thinking I should :)

While you’re at Target dont forget to pick up some Special K Moments on sale for $2.50, plus there is a 50% off cartwheel. All the $0.75 off peelies were missing from all the boxes at my Target. But if you are a KFR member check your email, I found a bricks coupon for $0.70 off of 1. So after everything, ended up paying $0.55 a box!

Also check your Checkout 51 offers this week, I had $0.50 back on eggs, and the $1 Triscuits offer reset. So after sale, mobile coupon, cartwheel, and checkout 51 my net will be $0.63 for a dozen eggs, and a box of Triscuits for $0.39 (minus $1 mfg printable) YAY!

My Target price matched their online price for me at Guest Services… paid $1.50+ after Cartwheel and coupon.

Is Target.com considered a competitor to Target stores? I would think that matching their own online price is considered a price adjustment as opposed to price matching. Clearly YMMV. I had no clue.
