Hard to find school supplies shopping

All of this was net $12.24. (Oh, and one bag of pasta chips is not pictured because I gave it to a friend.) I decided to run over and do another round with the school supplies coupon for things that are hard to find deals on, like sturdy three subject notebooks and 2″ view binders. Things that were free:

The Gold n’ Plump drumsticks were tagged $3.19 but apparently rang up $3.49, grr. Used the $1.00/1 clearance sticker and $1.00/1 from their site and those were $1.49. Everything else was expensive school supplies to get up to $25.00 for the gift card — Spent $18.24 on the REDcard and got back the $5.00 school supplies gift card (using the $5 when you buy $25 in this past week’s ad), plus $1.00 back from Ibotta, for a net cost of $12.24.

I emailed Pasta Chips and their customer support are super nice! I was told only some Super Targets have them for now. But they offered to mail me some coupons good until the end of the year to make up for limited availability in my area which I thought was nice of them.

I found these Pasta chips at FARM & FLEET on clearance for $1.50 a bag and my coupons for $2/1 expired 3 days ago! I have held on to those coupons in my purse since I could never find them at my Target. Wouldn’t you know and now they are all out of prints on Hopster. Who would have thought o look at Farm and Fleet?

My friend lives down around Purdue University in Indiana and the store locator for his zip code said the nearest store that carried them was an ACE Hardware! I thought that was very random.

By the way…are they any good? Nobody has commented on the taste, just where they are located. If you guys think they are good, I will go try a bag from F&F. They look sort of similar to those Green Giant Tortilla chips just by looking at the bag?

I’ve never had the green giant ones, but they are not veggie chips. They are kind of almost a cracker consistency and “pasta” flavors — the marinara one for instance tastes kind of like pizza flavored. My 7 yo really likes them, I thought they were too strongly flavored and overwhelming pretty quickly.
