Giveaway — Waverly Collection by Hefty Tableware (12/5) — CLOSED

Hefty has a new line of pretty disposable tableware called Waverly, and I have a new giveaway! This one is sponsored by The Waverly Collection by Hefty, to promote their new patterned tableware for the holidays. They sent me some for myself, and I think these disposable cups are sturdier than some of the kids’ existing plastic.

And, I’m going to use the plates for giving away cookies, brownies, and other goodies — again, they’re sturdy, and they’re seasonal without being cutesy.

I’m not sure if I’d use them for a formal holiday dinner as shown, because my relatives may faint if we didn’t use the actual china. But I’d use them for holiday parties, especially company holiday parties or less formal parties with friends, where you want things to be nice… but don’t want the cleanup! LOL.

I think I would use these one Christmas eve dinner, as it is alittle less formal then the Christmas dinner. Then I would not have a lot of clean up before the big day.

  7. Diana H says

I’d love to have these! I like the idea of using the plates for Christmas cookies. But would definitely use them for an informal party! Any idea if they are just doing this for Christmas or will they have them out year round for different holidays?? I’d love to get some for daughter’s bday which is on Valentine’s Day! 😀

  8. Steph says

I would use these for our monthly dinner party, which the kids are invited to. It would make cleaning up so easy and then the kids could use the same plates as the parents.

What a nice pattern. I am hosting Christmas and this would help in keeping clean up down to a minimum. I would love to try these!

My family has a big Christmas Eve gathering and paper or plastic plates are what we usually use. These are fun and would like lot nicer than the generic stuff we use every year. So cute!

I am in a philanthropic organization and each year we collect toys, clothes, gifts, bedding, food, etc. to give to those in need at the holidays. We collect these items and then sort them out depending on the needs of the individuals. While doing this we snack on appetizer and dessert type items and maybe enjoy a little wine! These plates and cups would sure be prettier than the plain white paper plates I was planning on using since I’m hosting this year! Thanks!

I like your idea of putting cookies and such on them for giving away to friends and family at the holidays.
