Target has a personal care coupon for $1.50 off that says on it that it could be used specifically for facial tissues. They have tissues for $1.30-something/ box 70-120 ct. making them free with overage. There is also a $1 facial care coupon that may technically used for them as well, but I don’t know if it would work or not. ymmv. I wasn’t brave enough to try.

When I was in central Indiana for Thanksgiving, I stopped at a Walmart that had Equate 3 ct packs of pads in the women’s care area, hanging on a thing off the shelf. They were $.48 each and I used all the $1 Equate fem care coupons I had on those to get $.52 overage on each. I’ve checked several Chicago area Walmarts and haven’t seen them but just a heads up.
