just bought kindle for mom for her bday. helping her set up. when I did go to the free kindle..it asked for billing information for a free book. Even though it’s free, does amazon ask for your billing informaiton when you begin to download books for free? any help would be appreciated.
Yes. Whenever you “buy” anything on amazon they make you set up payment info if you have not already. If the purchase price shows $0.00, though, they will not bill you.
