This one stacks up two ECB offers, a free movie ticket offer, and a mail-in rebate. The ECB offers start tomorrow 11/17 at CVS. So, here are your deals:

Unfortunately, the movie ticket offer is one per household. If you want to do one for you, and have a friend do one so that you can both go see the Hunger Games together, break up the Cover Girl into two transactions, separate receipts, and you each send in for the free movie ticket offer.

Note also that there are no prices in the ad. I’m going off online prices, which may vary in store. So what you want to do is:

  • On the spend $25 on select Olay get $5 ECB deal: Buy Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 moisturizer for $20.99. Use $2.00/1 in the 10/27 PG or 11/10 SS. Also, buy an Olay body wash or bar soap 6 pack for $6.00. Use $1.00/1 Olay Body Wash, Bar Soap 4 ct or larger or In Shower Body Lotion in the 10/27 PG. That brings you to $23.99 after coupons, get $5.00 ECB.
  • Spend $20 on Cover Girl products get $7 ECB plus a free movie ticket to see The Hunger Games Catching Fire, limit 2. Look for in-store display or visit Cover Girl for details on the movie ticket. Use $3.00/2 Cover Girl Nail Products in the 10/27 PG, $1.50/1 Cover Girl in the 10/27 PG, $4.00/2 Cover Girl Eye in the 10/27 PG. No prices in the ad, but the single eye enhancers shadow are generally $3.99 and eyeshadow quads, $5.99. So one idea is to buy three quads for $17.97 and one single for $3.99 = $21.96. Use two $4.00/2 in the 10/27 PG = $13.96. Get back $7.00 ECB for a net cost of $6.96 for all four products, plus a free movie ticket!
  • The limit on the Cover Girl ECB offer here is two, so repeat the Cover Girl ECB deal on another receipt. Spend another $13.96 after coupons, and get back another $7 ECB plus another free movie ticket (must be sent in by another household — go with a friend!).

You have now spent after coupons: A total of $51.91 in both transactions, which qualifies you for the $15 beauty mail-in rebate. DO NOT pay with ECB. Put the Cover Girl and Olay transactions on separate receipts from anything else, to avoid coupon confusion, since P&G rebates are now after all coupons. Send in for the $15.00 mail-in rebate here. So you end up with:

  • One Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 moisturizer.
  • One Olay 6 pack bar soap or body wash.
  • Six Cover Girl eyeshadow quads.
  • Two Cover Girl eyeshadow singles.

You pay, out of pocket, $51.91 after coupons. You get back: A $15 mail in rebate from P&G, $5 ECB for the Olay, $14 ECB for the Cover Girl, and two free movie tickets to see The Hunger Games Catching Fire (at separate households). Your net cost is $17.91 for all ten products, plus you also get the two free movie tickets.

Even better! Harry points out: “Also, if you’re a member of the Beauty Club ($50 get $5ECB) you will also get a $5 ECB.” That drops your final net cost to just $12.91 for the lot.

If you do not need/want eye shadow for the Cover Girl deal, keep your eye out for the Cover Girl Outlast Stay Brilliant Glosstinis nail polish; they are small nail polish bottles (3.5ml), but the coupons processed so they are not trial or travel size. Now my prices tend to run a little higher here in the Keys (ex: the single eye shadows are $4.19 vs $3.99), but they were $3.99 each or $3.50 if you bought 3 or more. I bought 6 for a total of $21 and used 3 of the $3/2 Nail Polish coupons in the 10/27 P&G. This would have made it $12 (+tax), but because I don’t care about the $15/$50 rebate, I rolled over the $7 ECBs from my first transaction & $3 ECBs that I didn’t get to use on my first transaction because I had a 25% coupon loaded on my CVS card and this brought my total to $3.58 ($1.58 of which was sales tax) … which is an awesome price for a movie ticket!

Is anyone else having trouble with their receipt submission? It is not accepting it using my iphone photo. I have tried resubmitting 3 times. Photo is clear. Items total 22 dollars and 13.45 after coupons applied. I can mail it in, but it is more trouble and I am worried that it will be rejected again.

I don’t know — there is a list of participating retailers on that site, but I don’t know if it has to be an in-store receipt from one of those retailers or if an online receipt will do. You might check with P&G.
