Christy from The Shopper’s Apprentice sends over a new Meijer Brand Consumables Catalina deal running 1/6-1/26. The best deal is on Meijer Brand toilet paper, as outlined below straight from The Shopper’s Apprentice.
Meijer TP Catalina deal
Here’s the rundown on toilet paper prices with that new Catalina deal over at Meijer. Here are the details:
Buy Meijer Brand Consumables 1/6/2013 – 1/20/2013 with regular price $2+
Buy 3, Get $2 off your next Consumables Purchase
Buy 4, Get $3 off your next Consumables Purchase
Buy 5, Get $5 off your next Consumables Purchase
If you’re in need of toilet paper, your best bet is to buy five of the Meijer Basics Bath Tissue 6 double roll packages, regularly priced at $2.99. Look for the packages with 200 sq ft/package. Here’s what you can do:
- Transaction #1:
- Buy five packages of Meijer Basics Bath Tissue, 6 dbl rolls, $2.99 each, for $14.95
- Pay $14.95 and get $5 OYNO Consumables
- Transaction #2:
- Buy two packages of Meijer Basics Bath Tissue, 6 dbl rolls, $2.99 each, for $5.98
- Use the $5 OYNO Consumables and 0.98 in cash
- Net cost: $15.93/7 packages
- $15.93/1400 sq ft or 0.0114/sq ft
This is a good price for toilet paper, if you’re looking to stock up! I only buy when it’s 0.01/sq ft or less.
Note there are two other varieties on price drop for $2.99: Ultra Strong and Ultra Soft. These have a regular price of $3.49 but only 125 sq ft per package and 133 sq ft per package, respectively. Your net cost per square foot will be 0.018/sq ft and 0.017/sq ft, again respectively.

Not that I know of at the moment, sorry.
I tried this at the Meijer in Melrose Park and didn’t get the Catalina.

I did this at the Algonquin IL location. They kept selling out, but got the deal in two trips. Not a problem with picking up prescriptions. Thanks for the deal
