OMFG. Crappiest card site ever. I will never use them again. Their site is slow and the interface is clunky. It crashes in Chrome. I finally got my card created and I uploaded my contact list so that I could have all the cards sent directly to the recipients. It kept kicking out the addresses, telling me that they were “incomplete,” even though they looked fine to me. Finally, it was all done. Today I got an email confirmation. THE CARDS ALL SHIPPED TO ME. They are not stamped, and they are not going to the recipients. I spoke with customer service, and they are sure I made a mistake and clicked the wrong option. ARGH! Of course I have no way to prove it, not that it matters. The unstamped cards are all on their way to me.
Oh, and my credit card number was stolen and had $1400 of charges racked up on it a couple of hours after I placed my cardstore.com order. Merry freakin’ Christmas!
Wow! My credit card was also stolen after I used this site! I have been on the phone for hours trying to get this worked out!
