I didn’t have much of a chance to peruse CVS deals, being out at this conference and all — but just realized I had $9 in ECB expiring, and then they also just emailed me a random $3.00 ECB that were only good for a couple of days. So, off I went. Forgot to bring my manufacturer’s coupon for the milk, but so it goes… lol
Starbucks iced coffee, $1.50. Used the $1.00/1 printable here.
4 Skippy Natural peanut butter, $10.00. Used four $.55/1 printables.
Dean’s milk, $2.99.
2 Hormel bacon bits, $3.00 (with rain check). Used $1.00/2 printable here.
Paid with $13.00 ECB and $.54. Got back $5.50 in ECB: $1.00 milk, $3.00 Skippy, and $1.50 Starbucks. Net cost of $8.04. (Although since the $3.00 emailed ECB were a random unearned surprise, it feels more like $5.04!) Drinking the Starbucks now with lots of ice and letting it dilute a little, because for some reason it has BOTH sugar and sucralose, and it’s super too sweet for me.
Note: The Skippy coupons now say they will be honored by Hormel rather than Unilever, and they’ve lost the “two per shopping trip” wording! Look at that — Hormel acquired Skippy back in January, which I totally missed.
