This flour makes a great GF pie crust when used in the King Arthur Flour pie crust recipe. My 20yr old son says this flour in the pie crust recipe is a keeper!
I’m new to the GF baking/cooking, but might have to go this route. So I need some help with this! Do I need to add xantam gum when I bake with this stuff, or can I just use it as is?? Thanks!!
It looks like yes, for most recipes you will. Read some of the reviews (and they are pretty mixed, too!). I just bought some as well so will be experimenting.
