Things to know at Angelo Caputo’s
Just a few things to know:
- Caputo’s DOES accept printable coupons, just not over $2 and not for a free item with no other purchase required (BOGO are fine).
- They do NOT accept coupons with the name or logo of another store, even if they are manufacturer coupons.
- GS1 bar codes do not scan on their registers, but so long as they are valid in every other way, they will accept them. I would recommend handing at least those coupons over with the respective items because they will have to re-scan the item with the coupon.
- Caputo’s ads run Wednesday-Tuesday.
- The ad is good for all of their locations and you can see it here.

Does anyone know the exact caputos coupon policy? I had 2 mqs for $1 off one jennie product and tried to use them on clearance sausage (marked down to 99 cents at bloomingdale caputos -lots left as of 11:30am). The cashier told me they could not use coupons on clearance meat and thats its impossible to lower the price of the coupon to the product price. Any help on this?
They don’t have a written coupon policy. They sent me some draft language about a year ago (paraphrased at the bottom of the matchup posts), but I haven’t yet seen it in final form. Their corporate office has been great in answering questions via email so if you feel like it, drop them a line (caputomarkets.com/contactus). I’ve never had a problem using coupons on clearance (and I have, specifically $.60/2 coupons on $.99 Bob Evans rolls) so I haven’t brought this issue up. If you do contact them, please let us know what they say. Thanks!
