Oh my goodness! A couple of you were talking about ALDI’s sea salt caramels being back this year — these are the best things ever. Do not buy them, because they are dangerous. Seriously. Better than that free Fannie May we all got last month. I kid you not — need to hide them now… Anyway, I also wanted to let you know there’s all sorts of clearance at the Villa Park ALDI on Roosevelt.
I picked up a half-price pot roast (about 2.5 lbs) today for $5.24 — they had steak and stew meat too, all cook or freeze by tomorrow and all half price.
They had Kerry Dubliner cheese with Stout or Aged Cheddar with Whiskey for $1.49. I bought one of each, because… Kerrygold! And curiosity.
They had pumpkin spice cream cheese spread clearanced at $.49. Also: Dips clearanced at $.99, 3-Spanish-cheese sampler for $1.49, and more.
What kind of clearance are you finding at your own ALDI today?

The Aldi in Bolingbrook, on Lily Cache had $5 off Spiral ham… I just was unable to find it
I got the spanish cheese sampler around Christmas, it was amazing. My Aldi doesn’t have anymore
Kerrygold cheese is fabulous–I would have bought at least 10!!!
And that is also one great price.

I did not see any meats clearance while at the Aldi in Villa Park. It must have went quickly. FYI in case you were thinking of heading out.

Aldi in Carole Stream on Schmale had clearance peppermint mocha creamer (dry) for .50, pumpkin pie mix for .25, and $2 off ground beef.
Does anyone know if the Aldi in Woodstock has the Pumpkin cream cheese on clearance, or the meats? This is my favorite and my kids love it too!
