I am so happy about the $4 coupons for the Tag and I never look in Parade. I went to Walmart yesterday with the $4 printables and found a few books on clearance... well they wouldn't let me use the printables! They said because the coupon had a mailing address from Texas they would not take it. Very strange. DH called the store manager when we got home and the store manager said they would not take ANY printables that had a Texas address because of the high amount of fraudulent coupons that have Texas listed.
