Friday 2/3 only, Whole Foods will have organic navel oranges on sale for $.79/lb. They sent me this recipe suggestion to use with it: Avocado and baby spinach salad with citrus vinaigrette. Isn’t it pretty?

If I didn’t have so many oranges from Aldi I’d be heading over there right now. I actually have all the ingredients (except for the seeds) for that salad. Now, to see if I can make it look that pretty.
Beautiful! I could make that today with honey tangelo, since I don’t have the organic oranges. Dear Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s, why won’t you come to NW Indiana?
