Jewel — Buy $30 get $10 household products Catalina
Posted at 12:05 pm by rachel in catalinas, jewelTomorrow’s Jewel ad brings us a buy $30 get $10 Household products Catalina running 1/12-1/18.
- Brawny 6 big roll, $5.99. Use the in-ad store coupon through 1/14 to get them for $4.99 (limit 1) — store coupons will probably drop your total toward the Catalina, though. Print $1.00/1 on Facebook.
- Quilted Northern double roll 12 ct, $5.99. Use the in-ad store coupon through 1/14 (choose this or Brawny) to get this for $4.99, limit 1 — store coupons will probably drop your total toward the Catalina, though.
- Scott 12 ct bath tissue, $7.99. Use $1.00/1 in the 10/23 SS.
- Scott mega 8 ct paper towel, $7.99. Load $1.00 back on SavingStar.
- All detergent, 2/$7.00. Use $1.00/1 in the 1/1 RP or $.75/1 in the 12/4 RP.
- Snuggle, $3.99. Use $.50/1 in the 1/1 RP.
- Cottonelle 140 ct wipes, $6.49. Print $.75/2.
- Clorox toilet bowl cleaner, $2.00.
- Clorox Bleach or wipes, $2.00.
- Scotch-Brite 6-ct sponges, $5.99.
- Cottonelle 18 ct double roll, $9.99.
- Hefty waste bags, $6.99. Use $1.00/1 in the 1/1 RP.
- Viva 8 ct mega paper towels, $9.99.
- Finish, $3.79. Use $2.15/1 from the 1/1 SS. Note they unkindly now say two per transaction.
- Kleenex 3-pack, $3.99. Use $.50 coupon in the 1/1 SS.
- Angel soft 18 pack double roll, $8.99. Use $.45/1 in the 11/13 RP.
- Sparkle giant 8 ct paper towels, $8.99.
- Hefty OneZip, 2/$4.00. Use $1.00/2 in the 1/1 RP. And $.75/2 in the 11/13 RP.
Well, meh. The All is a bit cheaper than CVS (unless you found those $2.00 bottles!) but the dish soap is more. And since their Catalinas won’t print if you’re a bit short of $30, unlike at CVS, you’ll end up overspending. But… here are a couple scenario ideas.
- Buy two Brawny for $11.98. Use two $1.00/1 Facebook coupons and $1.00/1 store coupon = $8.98.
- And Hefty waste bags, $6.99. Use $1.00/1 = $5.99.
- Buy two Finish, $7.58. Use two $2.15/1 = $3.28.
- Buy two Hefty OneZip, $4.00. Use $1.00/2 = $3.00.
- Buy one Clorox product, $2.00.
Pay $23.25, get back $10.00, for a net cost of $13.25 for the lot. (You could also just NOT use the store coupon for the Brawny and leave off the last Clorox to get over $30. That would get you to $22.25 with $10 back with one less product.)
Let’s see…
- Buy two Finish, $7.58. Use two $2.15/1 = $3.28.
- Buy three Hefty waste bags, $20.97. Use three $1.00/1 = $17.97.
- Buy a $2.00 Clorox product.
Now you’re at $21.25 after coupons with $10 back, for net $11.25 for three boxes trash bags, two detergent, and a Clorox.
Or…
- Buy 8 All for $28. Use eight $1.00/1 = $20.00.
- Buy a Clorox product for $2.00.
Pay $22.00 get back $10 for a net cost of $12 for 8 bottles of laundry detergent plus a Clorox product.

The $2.15 finish coupon is only good for 25Ct or higher, don’t think you can use it with the finish that Jewel has on sale.
You must have missed the discussion on this
. They worded it poorly. It’s on the 25 ct or higher Quantum or ANY gelpacs or powerball. http://www.mashupmom.com/2012/01/09/finish-coupon-a-ok/
It looks like the Brawny facebook coupons are out. I got the “this program has ended” message – even though the main page says receive a $1 coupon for signing up – lousy!
the add states that the 10.00 catalina will print when you reach 30.00 after coupons so I am not sure it will work to spend under 30 with coupons???
Haven’t they always said that?
They’ve said that for years. It’s never yet been true.
Margie, They may have reset the Brawny Q. I just printed mine 5 minutes ago. You may want to try again.
I can’t remember, is $4.99 for a 12-pck Northern double roll tp a good price if I don’t bother to try to do the catalina?
It’s the equivalent of $.21 a regular roll, plus tax. You can get Charmin for $.23 a regular roll on Amazon fairly regularly — I’m not a huge fan of the Quilted Northern, but that’s an OK price. (But the coupon expired 1/14.)
Im new to couponing so I was looking at the Jewel paper and noticed the Pepsi 8-pack., 7.5oz is buy 2 get 1 free, select varieties, so I have a Pepsi coupon for $2.00 off if I buy 2 8-packs of 7.5oz. Would that mean I get 1 more pack for free? Because the paper does also say final price $2 each.. thanks….
It’s buy two get one free. Just buy three. If it’s final price $2.00/each, then that makes it 3/$6.00 wyb three. Use $2.00/2 (since you’re buying three), and you should get 3/$4.00.
