Here are the best Ultra Foods coupon matchups and deals I see for the week of 12/8/11. I’m using the Lombard version of their ad (valid for Lombard, Downers Grove, Wheaton, Hanover Park), so note that pricing can vary between stores, particularly on the extreme value meat deals and sometimes on the cereal deals. Check your own store’s ad to verify.

Things to know at Ultra

At many Ultras, Catalinas will NOT print at the self-checkouts, so use the registers. Ultra accepts expired manufacturer coupons back 30 days; they do not accept expired store coupons. View the Ultra coupon policy here (click on your local store from this link and it will come up). They now accept manufacturer Catalinas from other stores; however, they will not accept Register Rewards from Walgreens.

Some Ultras will give you a $.05 credit for each reusable bag you bring in and use, so be sure to mention them to your cashier.

I tried that sign up for Papa Charlie beef a few weeks ago, but never got it. Called and they said they’ll send it to me, but still only sent me an email asking for more info, and no Q.

I got mine today, weird. Try another email address?

This is weird, today I got an email from them saying here is a $5 Q for Merry Christmas , so I think “Great, now I can print it”, but when I print it it just says HO HO HO and has pictures on it, but NO coupon!! I’ll call them again tomorrow.

    3. Matt says:

I was in Walmart around Thanksgiving and they had Philly Cream Cheese for $1. I’m not sure if that’s still going, but there’s no minimum purchase required for that price there.

    4. Outlander says:

Check your cats from Ultra’s last cereal sale 2-3 weeks ago- I have $2/5 GM cereal cats.

    5. Erica says:

I received some coupons for Ultra in the local community paper and saw land o lakes butter for 98 cents limit one – use the $1.00/1 and it’s free, no?
Anybody else see this? Weekly coupon starts today and is good through the 15th. Hoping to find more in the store.
