These are part of the buy five, get them for $1.88 each sale at Jewel through Wed.:
- Nature Valley granola thins. Use $.75/1 in the 9/11 GM or print $.50/1 on SmartSource.com.
- Nature Valley granola bars. Use $.75/2 in the 9/11 GM or 10/2 GM. Print $.75/2 on Coupons.com. $.50/1 chewy trail mix bars in the 8/28 SS. Print $.50/1 sweet & salty nut on Coupon Network.
Now, even though the Catalina says it excludes granola thins, people on Couponers Wanted confirm it actually is printing on granola thins. So here’s what you can do:
- Five Nature Valley granola thins, $9.40.
- Use five $.75/1 = $5.65.
- Get back $3.00 OYNO for a net cost of $2.65/5, or $.53 each.
Or, if you want bars…
- Five Nature Valley granola bars, $9.40.
- Use two $.75/2 = $7.90.
- Get back $3.00 OYNO for a net cost of $4.90/5 boxes, or just under a buck each.

yes it is working in chewy bars, but I think there might be some kind of limit per card or something, i did 3 transactions on different registers and only got the $2 catalina on the first one!
can i call the catalina company and get those sent to me?

I did the thins, back to back, with same card – worked fine. Now, the only problem I had was the cashier trying to hold on to my reciept and cat’ until she rang up second transaction and I made payment. I had every intention of using the first cat’ on the second transaction, and I’m sure she knew this. So anyway, she made a stink when I asked her for my reciept and cat’ from the first. She rolled her eyes and tried to tell me that the cat’ should be used on the next trip…but that’s not what the cat’ says. It says “on your next order”.
I usually don’t have a problem with this Jewel, and have never had this cashier before. Sheesh.
